Who is collecting the data?
The Belgian Reviewer is able to collect information when you enter information on the blog via the like button, the comments sections at the end of each post, or if you subscribe to The Belgian Reviewer via email or with a WordPress account.
What data is being collected?
For the purpose of emails: your name and email address.
For the other sections: your name, ip address, email address and your website address.
Will the data be shared with any third parties?
The data has never been and will never be shared with any third parties.
How will the information be used?
Your data collected as part of being an email subscriber is only used to send you an email with the latest post.
Your data used on the comment forms is used to prove you are not a robot. On the comments form your name is visible on the blog and if you have added a web address, that is clickable too. Your email address and ip address are never shown publicly.
Privacy Policy in Relation to Giveaways
Giveaways are sometimes run by The Belgian Reviewer. A third party company – Rafflecopter – is used to collect and store your data. Once the giveaway has ended and a winner has been chosen they will be contacted via the method that they used on the Raffflecopter site, either their Twitter account, Facebook account or email address.
For the purpose of being able to send the prize to the winner, the winner’s home address is needed. This is collected via email and is used only for the purpose of sending the prize.
Your personal data is not stored for longer than necessary and never used for any other purpose than intended.
Cookies
The Belgian Reviewer does not share personal information with third-parties, nor stores information collected about your visit to this blog for use other than to analyse content performance through the use of cookies.
